Craig Revel Horwood had a striking resemblance to Rylan Clark as he sported a beard and donned a sparkly suit at the Pride of Britain Awards 2024 on Monday night. The Strictly Come Dancing judge, 59, looked just like the TV personality, 35, with his facial hair and quirky jacket.  He teamed the striped jacket with a black shirt and dark trousers as he posed for the cameras on the red carpet.

Nick Knowles has revealed he now has a 'reattched bicep' after surgery following injuries he sustained in rehearsals for Strictly Come Dancing. The DIY SOS star, 62, took to Twitter on Thursday and shared a video from his hospital bed where he told fans he has 'two or three months' of physiotherapy ahead. He said: 'Just woken up from my op. All went well by all accounts so I have a reattached bicep now so bit of physio over the next two or three months and all should be right as rain and back to 100% I think.

Strictly Come Dancing judge Craig Revel Horwood has said that a 'weight has been lifted' off the show after the BBC published its misconduct report into professional dancer Giovanni Pernice. On Monday the BBC shared its findings after former contestant Amanda Abbington made numerous complaints about his behaviour. Out of 17 allegations, the BBC upheld six, some of which are for Giovanni using swear words. The report found that his language could be 'belittling,' and agreed with Amanda that at times he appeared to be giving her overly negative feedback.

Strictly Come Dancing stars have shared their support for Giovanni Pernice, after he shared 'relief' that he was cleared of the 'majority' of allegations made against him by his former partner, actress Amanda Abbington. A six-month probe into the star, who is now performing on the Italian version of the show, came to an end on Monday, with Giovanni saying that he hopes to put an 'extremely difficult' year behind him.  In a video shared on Instagram, Giovanni said that he was 'happy' to learn that all of the 'very serious allegations' hadn't been upheld.

Are Gen Z really discovering new things their parents and grandparents never dreamed of, and could I learn something from studying their online world?

The current scandal has seen numerous allegations of misbehaviour and forced professional dancers Graziano Di Prima and Giovanni Pernice to exit the long-running Saturday night programme. Following the scandal, the BBC have now put a new set of guidelines in place for the show in the hope to save it from being axed.

The judge, who has been a part of the show since it began 20 years ago, said celebrities need to able to be take some criticism as he shared his fears that otherwise the show would become too 'vanilla'. Speaking to The Sun, the dancer and choreographer, 59, said: 'I hope the standards don't drop this year. When I'm teaching casts for shows in rehearsals, I still have to be quite strict. I think you have to be.'
