The Hollywood actor (pictured left and right), 38, who uses they/them pronouns, was cast as Judy in the adventure series based on the 1981 film by the same name. However, Charlyne has alleged that while filming in New Zealand in 2022, they were 'physically assaulted multiple times' and 'psychologically abused' by an unnamed male actor. Yi posted the allegations on Instagram in a series of posts, claiming they were 'coerced to quit' the project and were 'gaslit by coworkers, producers, and HR'.

Deadline revealed on Wednesday that Lisa Kudrow will appear in Taika Waititi's Apple TV+ series Time Bandits. Penelope, the 59-year-old Friends actress, will appear in the film. Kal-El Tuck from Unseeing Evil, House actor Charlyne Yi, and Martyrs Lane actress Kiera Thompson appear in a cast.
