The actress took to Instagram on Wednesday and posted a series of snaps of the party held in honor of her beloved little white furry pooch on the set of her new film Ballerina. In the first picture showing her dog a rub on his tiny chest as he stood on a table next to his birthday cake with '16' candles on top of it, part of it can be seen. The proud doggie mom also had 'Sweet 16 Elvis' written in white on top of the sweet treat, resembling two-tone brown icing and dark chocolate on the top. 'I love you beyond words,' she captioned the image, 'Happy birthday Elvis, my sweet boy.'
