According to police, a 16-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of criminal conduct in connection with the Sycamore Gap Tree's fall. Following the incident next to Hadrian's Wall, Northumbria Police said the boy remained in detention this afternoon and was assisting officers with their questions.
