The Chase is facing a fix row after a recent episode saw a contestant beaten out of £75,000 in the final few seconds - leaving viewers furiously claiming the programme is 'rigged'. The new episode of the ITV gameshow, which aired on Thursday September 19, saw host Bradley Walsh welcome a new hopeful team of four to the studio.

After tuning into the final of the BBC show's on Saturday evening, gladiators fans were left outraged. After 11 weeks of grueling battles and ardent gladiators, Marie-Louise Nicholson and Finlay Anderson were crowned Gladiators champions in the grand final. Although Marie-Louise triumphed over Bronte Jones and Finlay over Wesley Male, neither Bronte Jones or Finlay defeated fellow finalist Wesley Male, neither of whom received a cash reward, much to fans' chagrin.
