Nintendo is now producing a Zelda video game more than 37 years since the Legend of Zelda video game was first released on the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES). On Tuesday, Nintendo revealed that the film has officially begun to develop. The film is directed by Shigeru Miyamoto, who created the original NES Legend of Zelda video game with Takashi Tezuka.

A standalone Spider-Woman film is being produced, but there are several other issue concerns about it. On May 31, producer Amy Pascal and Avi Arad talked to Variety about some Sony Spider-projects coming down the pipe, including plans for another Tom Holland film, a live-action Miles Morales film, and the forthcoming "Madame Web" feature. Arad revealed that a standalone "Spider-Woman" film would be out "sooner than you expect." "I can't tell you right now, but it's coming," he said.
It's also unknown if it'll be a live-action Spider-Woman film or an animated spinoff of Miles Morale's "Spider-Verse" films. "Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse," Mile Morales Spider-Man's second Mile Morales Spider-Man film, introduces a number of new Spider-people, including Issa Rae as Jessica Drew, aka Spider-Woman. In addition, the films also stars Gwen Stacy (voiced by Hailee Steinfeld), another alternate universe interpretation of Spider-Woman. Pascal revealed to Vanity Fair in 2018 that a spinoff starring their characters and another spider-powered hero (Silk, aka Cindy Moon) was in the works. Silk does not appear in the Spider-Verse films so far, notably. It's unclear if this animated spinoff is the Spider-Woman-focused film Arad was talking about.
