Lewis, 61, said Lewis, the outsourcing behemoth, will step down as CEO at the end of 2023, but that he will stay with the company until July next year. Lewis first took over as CEO in December 2017 after Capita's previous boss, Andy Parker, resigned amid a series of profit warnings, debt-laden overexpansion, and the company's ouster from the FTSE 100 Index.
