Tracy King's teenage life was blighted by her father's murder: not only because she was devastated and sad, but also terrified because her killers, who she mistakenly dismissed, wandered free near her house. This misunderstanding casts a palpable shadow over the years. "I thought my father, Mike, had been shot with a karate chop to the head by the ring-leader of a group of five violent youths who had fled the scene immediately after the deadly assault,' she claims.' I could be passing them on the street or at school, and the dread was overwhelming.' Tracy stopped going to lessons, stopped sleeping, and claims she was 'in a constant state of exhaustion and terror.' 'I didn't know how to cope with my emotions's ferocity,' she says. My Mum, who was extremely agoned and anxious herself, was unable to assist me.' I had a tinnitus or a thousand bees buzzing in my head. Sleep aids were prescribed by our doctor.
During a torrent rescue of a "drowning" man, the brave homeless father-of-two wades through a flood to rescue a 'drowning' man before bringing his arms to safety

A brave homeless father-of-two waded through a flood to save a 'drowning' man. Though he lay down in his own car, physically impaired, and sleeping only three hours a night for the past six months, homeless Andrew Reynolds stepped in to save the driver. In scenes from his makeshift home's dashcam footage, the 40-year-old man can be seen cradling the man in his arms as he emerges from Solihull's 'flood hotspot.' After hearing a separate impoverished driver scream: 'There's an old man drowning,' the two Good Samaritans leapt into the water where Peterbrook Road meets Aqueduct Road in the West Midlands town.' When emergency services arrived to find Mr Reynolds had saved the man, they were 'gobsmacked' to learn he was still living in his Vauxhall Astra during the national housing crisis.
