Gladys Berejiklian (pictured), the former Premier of NSW, is launching a legal challenge to ICAC's finding that she broke the ministerial code by refusing to disclose her relationship with her estranged partner and fellow ex-MP Daryl Maguire (right). Ms Berejiklian's lawyers appeared in court on Monday in an attempt to reverse the finding that she was involved in'serious corrupt activity.' The ICAC's findings refer to two multimillion dollar grants, to the Australian Clay Target Association and the Riverina Conservatorium of Music, in Mr Maguire's former constituency of Wagga Wagga.
