The couple were married for two years before Todd filed to end the union earlier this month.

RHOM star Alexia Nepola has expressed her 'shock' after her husband Todd filed for divorce following two years of marriage. A 'heartbroken' Nepola, 56, shared a statement responding to the divorce filing shortly after news broke her spouse had filed to end the marriage.  'I am shocked and heartbroken that Todd has chosen to dissolve our marriage,' she posted to her Instagram Stories on Monday. 

Alexia Nepola and her husband Todd are calling it quits after two years of marriage. The couple, who celebrated their one year anniversary in Italy, now say their marriage is 'irretrievably broken.' Todd, 51, filed the court papers on April 11, according to Page Six .
