Unpopular high school student Irene is an aspiring cheerleader who is suspended from school and subject to community service at a retirement home. There she enrolls a group of senior citizens in a dance competition.

The movie premiered at the 2017 Toronto International Film Festival and won TIFF's annual Pitch This! competition for emerging film directors in 2008.
