Zac Thompson, a fun-loving eleven, was playing on the rocks with his elder brother and cousin before all three were struck by the crashing waters at Angle, Pembrokeshire. Although the others made it to safety, Zac was reported to have been "caught in a whirlpool" as a result of the July 1 tragedy, according to witnesses. Haverfordwest's Mark Layton said: Zac had suffered injuries from which he did not recover.'
