Career
Bingham was recruited by producer KayGee to form the group Tha' Rayne in 2000, when he was 14 years old and joined Arista. The group released an album, Jaheim's Fabulous, which reached the top of the US Billboard Adult R&B charts for three weeks from February 1, 2003 to February 22, 2003. "Didn't You Know" was the group's most popular single on the US Billboard R&B chart in September 2003, peaking at #76 in September 2003. "Reign Supreme" was the band's debut album, but the band disbanded in 2005.
Though she was a member of Tha' Rayne, Bingham was also known as the appointed vocalist of veteran hip-hop group De La Soul, appearing on various of their albums and singles, as well as accompanying them on tour between 2000 and 2004. Bingham began to collaborate with many musicians, including Talib Kweli, Patti LaBelle, Lupe Fiasco, P. Diddy, P. Diddy, Christina Aguilera, Busta Rhymes, Nas, Amerie, Ma, or Monica.
At age 18, Bingham became the youngest female CEO of a major-affiliated corporation and the youngest female record executive. With Grammy award-winning beatmaker Rockwilder, she formed "Muzic Park" and became the label's first artist through a record contract with Motown in the United Kingdom and Island Records in the United Kingdom, establishing her first artist. In October 2006, she released her debut album "Come Get It," "Is It Good To You," and "One More Chance" as her debut artist.
She continued writing and recording for other musicians and welcomed her daughter Aviela in September 2007. She spent some time outside of the music industry to perform Gospel/Inspirational music, but with a new song called "Circles" that was included in the film "King of Paper Chasin," she returned to secular R&B in 2010. She also revealed acting opportunities.
In 2013, she collaborated with alternative R&B artist Nyce Hitz to record new material. From October 29 to December 31, 2013, Bingham produced "Taste Tuesdays," consisting of ten unreleased songs from the internet music magazine Singersroom, the majority of which being exclusive songs not on her 10-track mixtape "No Artificial Flavorz" she introduced later that year, as well as "Can We Stay" and "Can We Stay." On Cam'ron's single "So Bad" with Nicki Minaj, Bingham appeared for the first time this year.
Bingham released the single "Hard to Love" in April 2015.
