One of the more than 200 people accusing a prominent Boston-based doctor with sexual abuse says that she noticed during a breast exam that he 'seemed to enjoy that a little too much.' More than a decade ago, Kristin Fritz was struggling with pain in her spine and saw a rheumatologist recommended by her doctor at Brigham and Women´s Hospital in Boston. The visit with Dr. Derrick Todd started normally for the 37-year-old New Hampshire woman but as the examination continued, she says the doctor 'aggressively' groped her breasts, an experience she says will live with her for the rest of her life.

A motorist who crashed into a taxi after inhaling nitrous oxide, killing a dialysis patient being forced home from hospital has been sentenced to four years in prison. Zach Spencer lost control of his Volkswagen Scirocco while under the influence of the drug, also known as laughing gas, or "hippy crack," and then walked across the carriageway, ploughing into Razwan Hussain's cab. Shirley Muirden, 31, suffered multiple fractures and died as a result of a laced liver, while Mr Hussain sustained multiple fractures to his leg. Following the incident, a canister of nitrous oxide was discovered in Spencer's vehicle by police, as well as balloons used to inhale the gas on the driver's side, according to Derby Crown Court. The 22-year-old had previously taken ketamine and was twice over the legal driving limit of 20 microgrammes per litre of blood in his system.
