William Dean "Billy" Martin (born June 15, 1981 in Annapolis, Maryland), is an American musician best known as the rhythm guitarist and keyboardist of the pop punk band Good Charlotte.

Martin married hairstylist Linzi Williamson, whom he had been dating for eight years, on March 1, 2008. She gave birth to their first child on January 26, 2009.
Early life and career
Martin formed Overflow, a Martin's first band, who later assisted Martin in running his clothing line, Level 27. Martin liquidated his clothing business Level 27, saying that it had been a good outlet for his creative whims, that it had served its purpose, and would not be continued as a clothing brand.
