Vern Yip (born in Hong Kong on June 27, 1968) is an American interior designer based in Atlanta, Georgia.
He appeared on TLC's Trading Spaces for the fourth season, and was known for frequently including silk, candles, and flowers in the rooms he created.

Early life
In the class of 1986, Yip went to McLean High School in northern Virginia. Yip double-majored in Chemistry and Economics at his alma mater, the University of Virginia, and then received a masters in management and architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Despite considering opening a design studio in Atlanta, Georgia, Yip says he is fulfilled with his television appearances "transforming lives by design."
