Terje Olsen (born 1981), also known as Todd Terje, is a Norwegian DJ, singer, and record producer.

Todd Terry, nicknamed "one third of the Holy Trinity of Norwegian disco" by Spin magazine and "one of [the Scandinavian dance scene's] most influential figures," AllMusic's "most popular names" in the mid-2000s, is his stage name.

He is Olaf Olsen's younger brother, who often performs drums for Terje's live shows. He was one of the headliners at Barcelona's prestigious Sónar festival, performing with frequent collaborator Lindstrm.

He was ranked #17 in the Rolling Stone magazine list of "The 25 DJs That Rule the Earth."

He mixed a mix for BBC Radio 1's Essential Mix collection in July 2013.

He is best known for his 2012 house track "Inspector Norse."

On AMC's third season of the television series Better Call Saul, the song Alfonso Muskedunder was included in an episode.

In a feature on Radio 1 DJ, Huw Stephens' late night show, the intro to "It's Album Time" is often referenced. He was nominated for the Electronic Music Awards' "Jungle" in 2017.
