Early life
Malone was born in Toxteth, Liverpool, on January 30, 1963, the nephew of Olwyn and Frank Malone. She attended Liverpool Institute High School for Girls and Childwall College.
Personal life
Malone lives in Manchester, England, where she works. To Be Frank Productions is her own acting school. The school produces plays in local Liverpool theatres, such as the Everyman Theatre. Frank Malone, her late father, was honoured with a drama school name. DSTM is a trademark that can be used by many individuals including Dean Sullivan. Malone has confirmed that she suffers from an obsessive compulsive disorder and bipolar disorder.
