Tiffiny Elizabeth Hall (born 11 July 1984) is an Australian personal trainer, author, broadcaster, and television presenter best known for television appearances on Gladiators.
Background and education
Hall was born in Melbourne, Victoria, to a Martin and a Jeanette Hall. Bridgette and Lleyton, she is the oldest of three siblings. She grew up in Essendon's suburb. Martin and Jeanette Hall, the Halls' parents, own a Taekwondo center headquartered in Brunswick. Hall attended Lowther Hall Anglican Grammar School, where her English teacher, John Marsden, was an Australian writer.
Hall earned a Bachelor of Arts (Media and Communications) majoring in creative writing and print journalism, as well as a Diplom in Modern Languages from the University of Melbourne in 2007. Hall is a Sixth Dan Black Belt who practices Taekwondo, a Korean martial art form. She also works as a qualified personal trainer with a Certificate III & IV in Fitness and a Diploma in Sport Coaching with a concentration in martial arts.

Career
Hall, who worked for the Herald Sun and freelanced for various magazines, was among Gladiators' cast members in 2008. Angel was her Gladiator name.
She joined The Circle as a regular health and fitness presenter and weightloss coach to host Chrissie Swan in 2010.
In the sixth season of the show, Hall became the newest addition to the full-time cast of trainers. During the show's three months on air, she wrote a blog on the official Biggest Loser website and a weekly column for the magazine OK! Weightloss Warrior: How to Win the War Within was published in April 2011. Tiffiny's return to train the White team in The Biggest Loser Singles in the 2012/13 series.
In 2012, Hall published Fatloss For Good and a cookbook called Lighten Up, her third and fourth health books.
