John Theodore "Theo" Rossi (born June 4, 1975) is an American actor and producer best known for his portrayal of Juan Carlos "Juice" Ortiz on the FX series Sons of Anarchy (2008-2014).
In Luke Cage (2016–2018), he is also known for his portrayal of Hernan "Shades" Alvarez.
Early life
Rossi was born on Staten Island, New York City, New York. He is of Italian, Spanish, Syrian, and North African descent. He used to ride dirt bikes as a kid growing up. Before moving to California, he has openly admitted to using heroin for years. He studied acting at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute in New York, where he appeared in several theatre productions.

Rossi resides in Austin, Texas. He is married to Meghan McDermott. The couple's first child was born in 2015 and then in 2017.
Career
On the FX series Sons of Anarchy, Rossi played Juan Carlos "Juice" Ortiz. Bad Hurt, Rossi, Robert Allen and Michael Harney co-produced his first feature film in 2014, with Dos Dudes Pictures, his production company.
