Martin Joseph Bresso, better known by his stage name Tchami, is a French record designer and DJ from Paris.
He is best known for his solo projects and is considered a pion of the future house genre alongside Dutch DJs Oliver Heldens and Don Diablo.Tchami performs with the persona of a priest and a church theme.

Career
Tchami's first EP "Promesses" was released for free under the Fool's Gold Records banner on December 5, 2013. Both of the EP's tracks were re-released as singles; "Shot Caller" on December 17, 2014; and "Promesses" on January 4, 2015 under Ministry of Sound, which features vocals by Kaleem Taylor. The latter reached No. 7 on the Official Singles Chart, the highest ranking on the Official Singles Chart. Tchami's debut single "Untrue" was released on April 18th, 2014 under the Spinnin' Records banner. Tchami co-wrote DJ Snake's and Lil Jon's hit song "Turn Down for What."

After Life, his debut extended play, appeared on March 12, 2015. He released his latest song "After Life," which also includes vocals from Stacy Barthe and is included in the After Life EP, as well as "Missing You," which has since been released by Tchami and AC Slater. In a car accident in October 2015, Tchami and fellow experimental producer DJ Snake were hurt. Both artists were therefore unable to attend a planned performance at Toronto's Monster Mash festival. In the soundtrack of AlunaGeorge's "You Know You Like It" (2012), his remix was included.
Tchami released "Siaw" on his own record label Confession on August 16, 2016, after an eight-month break following the After Life EP's release. Step Into A World, an experimental bass house inspired track that sampled KRS-One's Step Into A World (Rapture's Delight). On September 20, 2016, he went on to debut his only single of 2016, "Prophecy." The project was a joint effort between enigmatic Parisian producer Malaa, and it featured a more experimental bass house element in comparison to much of Tchami's earlier work.
Tchami's "Adieu" was released on February 3, 2017 -- the first single of his rumored upcoming second EP. The track was once more experimental, this time more sober than some of Tchami's earlier work. On Spotify, Tchami also featured London singer MNEK, but the track was soon made private, but not for unknown reasons. The track was included in Luke James' second EP, "Revelations EP," alongside Adieu, Taiki Nulight's "Godspeed" and "Fallin"), along with Adieu, Taiko Nulight's collaboration "Godspell" (previously known among the dance music community unofficially as "Godspeed" and "Fallin"), "Zeal," "Adieu, Pt. "Don't Let Me Down" and a Kaelyn Behr team. On August 25, 2017, the Revelations EP was released.
In the first half of 2020, his first full-length album titled "Year Zero" was announced. "Proud" featuring vocals by Daecolm, "Born Again," "Ghosts" featuring vocals sampled from Marlena Shaw, "Born Again," "Morn Again," "Born Again," "Born Again," "Morn Again," "Faith," "Born Again," "Born Again," "Maith" featuring vocals sampled from Marlena Shaw, "Mornah, He also released a remix for Justin Martin's song "Stay" in 2020, which featured vocals from Dalilah.
He is now a member of the Pardon My French team, a group of four French DJs made up of DJ Snake, Mercer, Malaa, and himself. DJ Snake performed with Pardon My French Tour with Tchami and Mercer throughout the year.
Tchami revealed in 2015 that he would debut "Confession" as his first record label. Tchami and other DJs from the Confession label for the Confession tour toured North America in late 2018.
