Stephen Andrew Baldwin (born May 12, 1966) is an American actor, producer, writer, editor, and centrist activist.
He has appeared in films Born on the Fourth of July (1989), Posse (1993), Threesome (1994), and The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas (2001).

Early life
Baldwin was born in Massapequa, New York, and the youngest son of Carol Newcomb (née Martineau), the trustee of The Baldwin Fund and Alexander Rae Baldwin, Jr., a high school social studies instructor and football coach, was born in the city. Baldwin's elder brothers, Alec, Daniel, and William, are collectively known as the "Baldwin brothers." He was raised in the Catholic faith. Baldwin and William served on the varsity wrestling team in high school, as well as William. Elizabeth Keuchler and Jane Sasso are two elder sisters in Baldwin's family. Baldwin attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.
Personal life
Baldwin and his partner, Kennya Baldwin (née Deodato), who married in 1990, reside in Nyack, New York. They have two daughters, Alaia and Hailey Bieber; both are models. Eumir Deodato, a Brazilian composer, is his father-in-law, and Canadian singer Justin Bieber is his son-in-law through marriage to his daughter Hailey.
Baldwin began a campaign in 2006 to discourage an adult bookstore from opening in Nyack. Hannah Montana's initials, "HM" have a tattoo on his left shoulder. He got the tattoo after making a promise with Miley Cyrus that if he had the initials tattooed on him, he would be allowed to attend the show. On November 10, 2008, he revealed the tattoo to Cyrus at a book signing in Nashville. He was never given the opportunity to appear on the show and has since expressed regret for the tattoo.
Baldwin's foreclosed 51,000, 1.4-acre home in Rockland County, New York, was auctioned off publicly in June 2009 after his wife and his husband defaulted on more than $80,000 in mortgage payments. Baldwin applied for Chapter 11 bankruptcy insurance in July, owing to more than $2.3 million in debt. According to court papers, he owes $1.2 million on two mortgages on a New York property worth less than $1 million in taxes and credit card debt.
On January 3, 2010, Baldwin was the first one to enter the Celebrity Big Brother house. This series was called "Hell," with a devil head on the front door. He failed to please many followers and was evicted on January 22, 2010, becoming the fourth housemate to be evicted. Baldwin filed a $3.8 million lawsuit against Kevin Costner over an oil-separating device that was used to assist with the BP oil leak in the Gulf of Mexico in December 2010. A jury sided with Costner in June 2012 and awarded Baldwin no compensation. Baldwin pleaded guilty to failing to file income taxes for the years 2008, 2009, and 2010. He said he never intended to pay taxes and that he had received poor advice from lawyers and accountants, but that he did not intend to do so. Baldwin promised to pay $300,000 within a year, or he'll be sentenced to five years of probation and five years to pay the debt.
Career
Baldwin began acting on television and made his film debut in The Beast. He appeared in the western television series The Young Riders (1994) and in Threesome (1994). Baldwin appeared in The Usual Suspects (1995), and appeared in Barney Rubble in Viva Rock Vegas, 2000. In 2002, he appeared in Celebrity Mole Hawaii, the first celebrity edition of The Mole. In early 2003, ABC began airing the program. Celebrity Mole Yucatán, which ABC aired in early 2004, would return later this year. Baldwin appeared in Jesse Stone: Night Passage's 2006 film in which he played a villainous thug.
