Elizabeth appeared in many films and television shows before being cast in 1999's American Pie in the role of Nadia. It was a huge box office success. Elizabeth appeared in a number of Hollywood films, including Scary Movie, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back and Tomcats. Elizabeth appeared in UPN series Cuts before the show was cancelled in May 2006.
