Career

Pollock began his playing days with Northampton Town, playing in the club's youth Football & Education programme when he first joined as a youth under the age of 14. After winning their national academy competition in May, Pollock began playing for Hashtag United, a then Sunday League team. He appeared at the EE Wembley Cup later this year, a tournament in which he gained man of the match and was then given a hearing at Crystal Palace. They didn't sign Pollock, despite the fact that he was "too timid."

Pollock, who was playing for Hashtag United, had a trial with Leicester City before being dismissed from the team.

Pollock agreed to a two-year deal with Northampton Town on September 14, 2018. He was named as a substitute in a League Two match against Mansfield Town two weeks later. Pollock was sent on loan to St Neots Town in January 2019. Following two appearances, he was recalled. Pollock made his professional debut against Cambridge United on January 19th. Pollock returned to St Neots Town on loan in the ensuing February. After seven games, he was recalled in April.

Northampton drew 1–1 with Mansfield Town for the first time on April 13th, as Pollock began in League Two for the first time. Sam Foley was assisting with Sam Foley's goal.

Pollock scored in the 51st minute in a 2–0 away victory over Carlisle United on October 22, 2019.

Pollock signed a one-month loan contract with Boston United on February 26, 2022. When his team defeated Kettering Town 3–2, he made his debut on that day and opened the scoring just ten minutes in. In March 2022, he was first recalled.

Pollock joined Boston United on a permanent basis in June 2022 after being released from Northampton Town.
