Sauli Eerik Koskinen (born March 28, 1985) is a Finnish television presenter and entertainment journalist from Hyvinkää, Finland. He was the host of a Saulin Paras Kaveri lifestyle show, which aired on Fox Finland.

Personal life

Koskinen was in a feud with American singer Adam Lambert, beginning in November 2010. In April 2013, Koskinen and Lambert gave identical interviews in which they revealed their split up amicably and promised to remain friends.

In a nationwide vote over a fourteen-week period, Koskinen emerged the champion of Big Brother 2007, beating out nineteen other contestants. Koskinen worked as a clerk in a Helsinki clothing store before registering for the competition. Mikko Räisänen, the casting director for Big Brother, has stated that the decision to place Koskinen in the Big Brother house was made within two minutes of his casting interview, lauding Koskinen's optimism, likability, and openness.

Fans petitioned for Koskinen and Niko Nousiainen to return to television in 2008. The campaign culminated in the television series Sauli and Niko's Best Clips, in which Koskinen and Noiainen provided commentary on viral movies.

Koskinen was hired as a web-based entertainment reporter for the Finnish tabloid Ilta-Sanomat, where he provided commentary on entertainment news in weekly Tutka shows with co-host Katri Utula.

Koskinen continued to work for Ilta-Sanomat in June 2011 and was also hired as a U.S.-based entertainment reporter for the Finnish radio station Radio Aalto. In 2011, Koskinen and Utula travelled to the United States to produce a special edition of their weekly web series Tutka Roadshow.

In 2012, Koskinen began to work with Ilta-Sanomat as a writer and host of Tutka. When Koskinen and Utula traveled in southern Finland meeting Finnish celebrities, a new special Tutka Roadshow was held. Sauli Koskinen started video blogging from Los Angeles for Finnish entertainment magazine 7 päivää in 2013.

In the show, Koskinen meets Finnish celebrities who live in the Los Angeles area. On September 14, 2013, the first episode of channel FOX Finland aired, and celebrities like model Suvi Koponen and chef Stefan Richter were among the show's guests.

Koskinen is the winner of the first season of Nelon's Dancing on Ice TV show. On August 21, 2013, it was revealed that Koskinen would be included in Dancing on Ice, a Finnish version of Dancing on Ice, where ten celebrities can learn to ice skate with a professional partner. Koskinen was partnered with synchronized skater Nea Ojala. The teams had five weeks to prepare for their first live show following the announcement of celebrity contestants and actor coaches. On September 28, the competition began on September 28 and the final was held on November 30, 2013. The competition was won by Koskinen and Ojala.
