Saniya Iyappan (born 20 April 2002) is an Indian actress and dancer who works in Malayalam cinema.
She is best known for her appearance in Queen and Jhanvi, the 2018 film queen and Jhanvi starring Mohanlal actor Lucifer (2019).
Career
Saniya began her career as a contestant on the dance reality show D2 - D 4 Dance on Mazhavil Manorama. She was crowned as the second runner-up of the competition.
Saniya made her film acting debut with Baalyakatalasakhi in 2014, portraying Isha Talwar's childhood. She served in Apothecary in the same year as the daughter of Suresh Gopi. Saniya played a small role in a few films in the 2018 film Queen. Her appearance earned her many accolades, including the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut - South. Lucifer, Prithviraj Sukumaran's debut, was her first film role. In a cameo, she appeared in Mammootty's film The Priest.
