Emergency services were dispatched to three separate incidents at different stations around the city during an eight-hour window. After being hit by a six train at East 86th and Lexington Avenue station, where they were pronounced dead shortly after 10:30 yesterday morning, Samuel Cohen, 22, was dispatched to the West 72nd street station on the Upper West Side of the city. Anthony Collado, 42, was killed on the scene when collided with an uptown Q train at East 63rd and Lexington Avenues at 6:40 p.m. on Sunday.
