Early life
Giancola, who was born in Hazlet, New Jersey, is of Italian and Greek descent. She attended Raritan High School, where she played softball, ran track, and was a four-year varsity soccer letter champion. When she was younger, Giancola won art competitions.
She continued to study sociology at William Paterson University, where she also played as a midfielder on their Division III women's soccer team.
Career
Giancola debuted on the MTV reality show Jersey Shore in August 2009. She has since appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Wendy Williams Show, and Live with Regis and Kelly. In the 2012 film The Three Stooges, Giancola and her Jersey Shore co-stars appeared. She appeared on several episodes of Snooki & Jwoww as well as in the 2017 E! Special Reunion Road Trip: The Jersey Shore is back.
Giancola said she would not return to Jersey Shore for Family Vacation to avoid "potentially risky situations" and instead concentrate on her "businesses and family" in 2018.
