Ruddy Rosario Rodro Luca (Spanish pronunciation: [roi rooes]; born March 20, 1967, Brazil.com) is an actor, model, and businesswoman. Rita de Luca, a Venezuelan born in Caracas, Venezuela, the daughter of Venezuelan Pedro José Rodrra and the Italian Rita de Luca. She has a brother Romano and a sister Rina.
