Just one day after ordering a strike that will'effectively shut down the railway network next month, RMT union baron Mick Lynch (right) will appear on BBC's Have I Got News For You. The RMT general-secretary will be included in the BBC comedy quiz show's panel, as well as comedian Roisin Conaty and actor Richard Ayoade (inset), who will appear on the show. Mr Lynch has been dubbed a'media celebrity' for his many straight-talking interviews on television and radio in which he has defended numerous strikes that have crippled the UK's railways and caused widespread disruption to millions of people. His appearance on Have I Got News For You comes just one day after RMT revealed that 40,000 Network Rail employees and 15 train operating companies would protest a walkout on October 8.
