Robert Andrew Ri'chard (born January 7, 1983) is an American television and film actor.
Early life
Richard was born in Los Angeles, California. He is of Creole descent in Louisiana.
Career
He has appeared in the Nickelodeon sitcom Cousin Skeeter. He has also appeared on Figure It Out, a hit Nickelodeon game show. Touched By An Angel, a struggling teen whose brother is in jail for shooting a man, played Samuel on Touched By An Angel. In addition, he has appeared in films such as Coach Carter and House of Wax. In Anne Rice's book The Feast of All Saints, where he played the young Marcel who becomes a man within society, he had his breakout role. Since the age of 13, he has been acting professionally. He appeared in the film Light It Up with R&B singer Usher. He attended Palms Middle School in Los Angeles, California.
Ri'chard has appeared on several hit shows, including Boston Public, Touched by an Angel, My Wife and Kids, and The Jamie Foxx Show. Alley Cats Strike, a television film from 1999, starred him. Ri'chard has appeared in Veronica Mars' 2006 series. Ri'chard appeared in the television special In His Father's Shoes, earning him the 1998 Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Performer in a Children's Special.
