Reagan Strange Career

Career

The Voice's fifteenth season concluded in 2018. Bebe Rexha's "Meant to Be" was a highlight in her blind audition (featuring Florida Georgia Line). Strange is a member of Team Adam, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton, before deciding to be a member of Team Adam.

Strange performed "Cry" by Faith Hill on the Top 10, but the next day, she was too ill to attend the Top ten results show. She stayed backstage, but she was caught briefly on camera a few times, sporting a bathrobe and sitting with her parents. Reagan Strange, as well as Team Adam teammate DeAndre Nico and Team Blake artist Dave Fenley, were among the seven artists who were supposed to progress to the semifinals, according to host Carson Daly. With the way The Voice is presented, singers who received the fewest votes out of their fellow performers had to perform in an "Instant Save" concert against another artist or singers who had low votes, after which the watching audience would determine which singer deserved to stay. The other singer(s) will be ruled out. Strange performed well in their respective Instant Save shows, although DeAndre Nico and Dave Fenley performed "All of Me" by John Legend and "Amazed" by Lonestar. Adding to the confusion surrounding the case was the fact that some suspected Adam Levine to have favored Strange despite his refusal to appear, because the moment after Nico finished performing, Levine asked voters to vote for Strange rather than acknowledging Nico's performance. Some said that Reagan should not have been allowed to vote and should have been immediately barred due to her inability to perform, considering that the competition is a singing competition. Strange won the Instant Save and advanced to the semifinals, while DeAndre Nico and Dave Fenley were banned from the competition.

Strange made it to the semifinal round but ended up in the middle three, giving her a second shot at winning an Instant Save, giving her another chance to make it to the finale. She was kicked out after appearing on "Where You Will Go" by The Calling in the Instant Save, and was deemed "Ignore You Will Go."
