Ran Danker (born Khalil Yosef Danker on January 7, 1984) is an Israeli actor, singer, and model.

He appeared in hit Israeli series HaShir Shelanu (2004–2007), The Gordin Cell (2012–2015), and most recently appeared in Miguel (2018–present).

Danker received an Ophir Award nomination for his work in the Eyes Wide Open (2009).

Danker was also nominated for an Ophir Award for Best Actor for his role in Doubtful (2017).

Early life

Danker was born in Norfolk, Virginia, United States, to a Jewish family. He is the son of Israeli actor Eli Danker. After his parents' divorce, he and his mother moved to Israel when he was two years old. He grew up in Tel Aviv's Bavli neighborhood. He was also a member of the Ha-Horesh tribe choir of the scouts youth movement at the time. Ran and his mother migrated to Poleg, Netanya, during his junior high school years. Ran was involved in a few TV commercials between high school and his army service: a commercial for Bank Leumi; a commercial for Bank Leumi; and Cellcom, a cell phone company.
