In its thirteenth season, she is best known for her appearances as a contestant on ABC's The Bachelor and as the lead of its spinoff, The Bachelorette.

Early life and education
Lindsay, a native of Dallas, is the granddaughter of beauty consultant and former computer programmer Kathy and federal judge Sam A. Lindsay. Constance is her older sister and Heather, her younger sister.
Lindsay earned her Bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Austin, where she studied kinesiology and sports administration and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta sorority. She earned her J.D. Milwaukee, Wisconsin, a degree from Marquette University. Lindsay was licensed to practice in the state of Texas on November 4, 2011.

Career
Lindsay was a legislative intern for Texas State Senator Royce West and had interned with the Milwaukee Bucks for a year. She then worked at Cooper & Scully, P.C., as a solicitor.
Lindsay appeared on ESPN's First Take in July 2018. She and former Dallas Cowboys Linebacker Bobby Carpenter began hosting Football Frenzy, a new ESPN radio show, later this year.
