He made a comeback with the role of Duc Duy in the film Tinh Giac Trong Ai, as well as participating in numerous gameshows and debuting new song Dieu Buon Tenh, which gained 2 million viewers in a short time, in 2016.

Quang Vinh was born in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, on May 18th, 1982. Despite being from a family with no particular artistic experience, he had a great deal of promise in his vocal and musical abilities. Quang Vinh was accepted by his parents to participate in the city's well-known children's performing arts center, "I Sn Ca Nhi Qun 1," along with singer Hiyn Thc and Phm Thanh Lan (a founding member of the famed harmonizing group Cadillac) nearing the end of the artist's primary school years. Since then, he and his other children of his age began to appear in musical festivals, such as championships or festivals, which were also broadcast on the radio and national television.

He was sent to Monsignor Bonner High School in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania, an all-male Augustinian Catholic high school. Quang Vinh, who was about to graduate in 2000, decided to return to Vietnam in order to fulfill his dream of becoming a singer. He then signed a Kim L'i Studio contract and began to record his debut album, "Nh Ngêu Dü" in 2001.

Quang Vinh had three albums, "Nh Ngày Xa Yêu Dèu," "Nói V'c Tnh," and "Dng Sông Mùng Têng Tnh."

His Kim Li Studio employment had come to an end in 2003. Quang Vinh had the opportunity to rethink his musical style and create a new image for himself through his fourth album.

Two versions of "T'nh Yêu Tm Thy" were available: CD and VCD. The video was shot in Hanoi by Phan n, Thê Hê Narrow, T Hiyn Street, Long Biên Bridge, St. Joseph's Cathedral of Hanoi, One Pillar Pagoda, and West Lake.

Many hit songs including "Ngôi Nhà Hng," "Dàng Phây," and "Vin Tin Mnh Nhau" have all been produced as a result of the joint venture's collaboration, such as: "Ngôi Nhà Nhà Hoa Hng," "Dàng Pht Giây," and "Vin Tin Mnh Có Nhau" and "Van Tin Nhau." After a long absence, Quang Vinh returned to the music scene on November 11, 2016, with the single "i Bu'n Tênh." Then unveiled his album "Greatest Hits/The Memories," in honor of his fans, where he had recorded his most well-known songs since the start of his musical journey. The album received a lot of buzz, and Quang Vinh's official YouTube channel, "Phai D'u Cunh," saw over 43 million views.

When the two teams joined up to release a new music video for "L'nh T Trong Tim" in 2020, the first collaboration between Quang Vinh and the "King of Ballad" Mr. Siro was the first collaboration between the two groups. The images were shot in Bà Nh, with 11 celebrities from various fields, including Di My 9x, Trnh Xuân Nhn, Liz Kim Chung, Lynk Lee, Ma Ran, fashionista Thu Nh Nhn, and others. Quang Vinh's most invested and epic project in his career to date, the music video earned more than two billion Vietnamese ng.
