Paul Andrew Schneider (born March 16, 1976) is an American actor.
On the first two seasons of the NBC sitcom Parks and Recreation, he is best known for his portrayal of Dick Lidddil in The Assassination of Jesse James by Coward Robert Ford and Mark Brendanawicz.
He received the National Society of Film Critics' Best Actor Award in a Narrative Feature award at the 2014 Tribeca Film Festival for his role as Charles Armitage Brown in Bright Star.

Schneider was born in Oakland, California, and raised in Asheville, North Carolina. He graduated from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.

Career
Schneider made his film debut in David Gordon Green's George Washington in 2000 and appeared in Green's All the Real Girls. As part of his Jesse Baylor in Elizabethtown, director Cameron Crowe suggested that Schneider tour with the band My Morning Jacket for five days. Schneider accompanied the band to concerts in Irving Plaza, the Webster Theater, the Theatre of the Living Arts, and Stone Pony Landing.
Schneider played a supporting role in The Family Stone and Live Free or Die after Elizabethtown. In The Assassination of Jesse James by Coward Robert Ford, he portrayed Gus Lindstrom in Lars and the Real Girl and Dick Lidddil. Variety selected him as one of "Ten Actors to Watch."
