Patricia Jude Francis Kensit (born 4 March 1968) is an English actor, singer, model, and former child actor.
She was the lead singer of the band Eighth Wonder from 1983 to 1989.

Early life and education
Kensit was born on March 4, 1968 at the GE Lying-In Hospital, Lambeth, to James and Margaret Rose Kensit (née Doohan). The maternal grandparents of Kensit hailed from County Leitrim, Ireland. Jamie, she has an older brother who was born in 1963, has a younger brother. Her mother was a secretary for Dior and a former model who had previously worked with Aga Khan IV, while Kensit's father, who had earned the nickname "Jimmy the Dip," and was involved in the Great Train Robbery. Before Kensit was born, he served time in prison and used a disguise as an antiques dealer. Reggie Kray, Kensit's godfather, was a Kensit tyrant. Her paternal grandfather was a robber and counterfeiter. Kensit spent her childhood in Hounslow on a council estate and was forced to sleep on mattresses on the floor. Kensit has been married and divorced four times. She met Dan Donovan of the band Big Audio Dynamite in 1988, but the couple split in 1991. In 1992, she married Jim Kerr, the lead singer of Simple Minds. In 1993, she gave birth to her first child, a son named James, during her second marriage. Liam Gallagher of the band Oasis at Marylebone Town Hall married her in April 1997. Lennon, a boy who was born after John Lennon, was named after Kensit and Gallagher. Elizabeth Hurley, Kensit's co-star in the film Kill Cruise, is Lennon's godmother. In 2000, Kensit and Gallagher were divorced. She joined DJ Jeremy Healy and revealed that she was marrying for the fourth time on November 29, 2007. It was reported on 31 March 2008 that the pair had broken by mutual consent and had called off their wedding. In an event covered by a magazine in February 2010, the couple reconciled and married on April 18, 2009, but it was reported in February 2010 that they had separated in February 2010. Career
Kensit appeared in a television commercial for Birds Eye frozen peas in 1972, at the age of four. She appeared in the film For the Love of Ada, her first big-screen role. With Robert Redford and Mia Farrow, the latter of whom appeared in the 1995 biopic Love and Betrayal: The Mia Farrow Story, she was able to play two years later in The Great Gatsby. She appeared in the film Gold alongside Roger Moore and Susannah York in 1974. Joan Collins appeared in Alfie Darling (1975) for Joan Collins. Kensit was instrumental in the 1976 Soviet-American coproduction The Blue Bird, and she and actress Elizabeth Taylor developed a close relationship after that. Kensit appeared in the war-romance film Hanover Street in 1979, opposite Harrison Ford and Christopher Plummer.
