Oona Castilla Chaplin (born 4 June 1986) is a Spanish-British actress.
Talisa Maegyr appears in HBO's Game of Thrones, The Crimson Field, and the film Taboo. She is the granddaughter of the English filmmaker and actor Charlie Chaplin, as the granddaughter of the American playwright Eugene O'Neill, and a member of the Chaplin family.

Early life
Chaplin was born in Madrid to English-American actress Geraldine Chaplin and Chilean cinematographer Patricio Castilla. Shane is her mother's older sister who spent time with film director Carlos Saura.
Mapuche is Chaplin's paternal grandmother. She spent her childhood mainly in Spain, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Cuba, but she returned often because of her mother's film career. She began dancing ballet, salsa, and flamenco at an early age.
Chaplin started studying at Gordonstoun School in Scotland on a drama scholarship when she was 15 years old. She appeared in several school productions; toured the United Kingdom in an adaptation of Romeo and Juliet; and impersonated her grandfather in the role of Bottom in an A Midsummer Night's Dream at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. She was accepted into the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London after leaving Gordonstoun in 2007.
Career
Chaplin has appeared in mainly British and Spanish short and feature films since graduating from RADA. In the films Inconceivable, Inconceivable, qué sirve un oso?, Imago Mortis, and Anchor and Hope, she has appeared alongside her mother. She has appeared on British and American television as a support actress. In ITV's Married Single Other (2010), she appeared as Marnie Madden, the wife of main character Hector Madden; as John Watson's girlfriend in an episode of BBC's Sherlock (2012); and as Talisa Maegyr in HBO's Game of Thrones (2012–2013).
In the BBC drama The Crimson Field (2014) and Ruth Levinson's wife Ruth Levinson in The Longest Ride (2015), she plays Kitty Trevelyan, a lead character.
On BBC One and FX, she appears as Zilpha Geary in the eight-part historical fiction series Taboo (2017).
In June 2017, Chaplin appeared in James Cameron's Avatar sequels. Varang's character is described as "a strong and vibrant central character who spans the entire sequel story."
