Early life
Poulet was born in south-west London and attended Putney High School. She studied drama at Manchester University.
Career
Poulet played her first appearance in the television show The Bill after graduating in 2001. Camilla Parker Bowles, now Duchess of Cornwall, appeared in the television film Whatever Love Means in 2005. In 2009, she appeared in the film In the Loop.
