Career

Poulet played her first appearance in the television show The Bill after graduating in 2001. Camilla Parker Bowles, now Duchess of Cornwall, appeared in the television film Whatever Love Means in 2005. In 2009, she appeared in the film In the Loop. In Margaret's first year, she played Carol Thatcher. She has appeared on Day of the Flowers, Sherlock, Dapper, The Thick of It, Reggie Perrin, and Outnumbered.

Poulet has also appeared in stage productions, including The Queef of Terence and The Bird Flu Diaries. She has also appeared in BioWare's video game Dragon Age II. Poulet and her comedy partner Sarah Solemani produced a sitcom for the BBC in 2011, which will be directed by Charlie Hanson. Harriet Rees, a screenwriter, also produced Ocean Road.

Poulet is the ambassador of The Park Theatre. She appeared in Sarah Rutherford's Adult Supervision at the Park Theatre in Finsbury Park.
