Noel Radford, the father of Britain's biggest families, has defended his decision to get Sue pregnant when he was 17 and she was 13, saying they were 'both children in the eyes of the rule.' 'They were just kids' in the eyes of the law,' Noel, a retired engineer from Morecambe, Lancashire, writes in their latest book, The Radfords: Making Life Count, says he didn't get a knock on the door saying he was in danger.' The father-of-22 said he wasn't bothered' by remarks suggesting that he should have been jailed, but that the negative remarks 'actually affect the children.' Late last year, Sue and Noel Radford's 22 children discovered that her youngest daughter has respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). Millie posted a snapshot of her baby (right) sleeping in her bed next to her with her 126,000 followers, who tagged her on Instagram Stories.
