Nivea Life

Nivea B. Hamilton (born March 24, 1982), also known as Nivea, is an American singer whose albums debuted in the Billboard charts in the early 2000s.

Nivea is best known for her Grammy-nominated hit "Don't Mess with My Man" as well as "Laundromat" and "Okay" starring YoungbloodZ & Lil' Jon.

She has released three albums: Nivea (2001), Complicated (2005), Animalistic (2006), and an extended version of Nivea: Undercover (2011). On September 26, 2019, she was unveiled her album Mirrors, as well as the single "Circles."

Early life

Nivea was born in Savannah, Georgia, and was the youngest of three siblings. Mariah Carey performed in a church choir and adored the music of Mariah Carey. In a BET "Finding Nivea" interview, Nivea confessed to being shy. "I never wanted anyone to hear me sing" and "my parents would turn off the radio [and I would immediately cease].

Personal life

Nivea first began dating rapper Lil Wayne in February 2002. They became engaged on December 11, 2002. In a July 2003 interview with Sister to Sister magazine, Nivea discussed her involvement and how Wayne suggested. "I got your Christmas gift with me, and I'm sure you'll love it." It's going to make you smile. He slumped on his knee, saying, "I know I'm young, but I've been through enough relationships to know and understand what love is." He was just divine. He told me that he wanted to spend the remainder of his life with me and that he loved me. It was snot and tears at the same time." She also talked about her inability to have a son with the rapper. "I want a little boy right now." Wayne's daughter is just wonderful. "She's a beautiful little girl." Wayne was Nivea's first love, according to Nivea. If they didn't get married, she said she would die as a single woman. Lil Wayne called off his commitment to Nivea in August 2003.

Terius "The Dream" Nash, a R&B singer and producer, married Nivea in December 2004. Navy Talia Nash was born on May 10, 2005, and their twin brothers London Nash and Christian Nash were born in April 2006. In 2007, the couple divorced. "I didn't want to take this person [Nivea] and treat them in a specific way based on what I was becoming bitter," Nash said in an interview. However, Nivea says The-Dream wanted the divorce, not she. "I'm lying, it's not." We're supposed to say this, but it isn't true. It wasn't that mutual deal; he wanted to do it, but it wasn't done, but it was done. "I'm dealing with it."

Nivea reconciled with her ex-fiancé, rapper Lil Wayne, after her divorce in 2007. After having a son with his ex-girlfriend Sarah Vivan in 2008, Nivea stayed with Lil Wayne. On June 9, 2009, it was rumored that Nivea and Lil Wayne were engaged and expecting a child together. Lil Wayne was also expecting a child with actress Lauren London at the time. Lil Wayne and Nivea were expecting a son on October 14, 2009. Neal Carter, the Nivea mother, gave birth to their son on November 30, 2009. For the second time in June 2010, Nivea and Lil Wayne broke off their relationship.
