Nikhil Siddhartha (born 1 June) is an actor in Telugu's film industry.
After appearing in a few films, Nikhil made his name with Sekhar Kammula's college drama Happy Days (2006).
He went on to act in several critically and commercially acclaimed films, including Yuvatha (2008), Alasyam Amrutham (2010), Veedu Theda (2011), Surya (2017), Kiroka (2016), and Arjun Suravaram (2019).
Early life
Nikhil Siddhartha was born in Begumpet, a neighborhood of Hyderabad's present-day Telangana, India. His father, Kavali Shyam Siddhartha, hails from Mahbubnagar, Telangana. He graduated from Muffakham Jah College of Engineering and Technology after his education from Hyderabad Public School. He suffered from a rare condition, corticobasal degeneration, for eight years before dying on April 28, 2022.

Career
In the film Hyderabad Nawabs (2006), Nikhil began as an assistant director. He appeared in a few films before being cast in Happy Days (2007). Sekhar Kammula, Nikhil played one of the four leads in the film. He was paid a 25,000 remuneration for his role in the film, but he still keeps the check with him. Happy Days was one of the few low budget films made in 2007 that went on to be one of the year's most popular films.
Ankit, Pallavi & Friends (2008), his first film as a solo lead. He appeared in films including Yuvatha (2008), Kalavar King (2010), Aalasyam Amrutham (2010), and Veedu Theda (2011).

In 2017, Nikhil teamed up with Swamy Ra Ra Ra Ra Ra Ra Ra Ra Raf's Sudheer Varma for Keshava, a revenge drama in which Nikhil plays a character with the rare congenital disorder Dextrocardia, which is a revenge drama in which he wishes to prevent the death of his relatives. The film was released on May 19, 2017 and received rave feedback about Nikhil's debut, musical score, photographs, and plot as a backdrop.
