Rochelle has appeared on several television shows, including the first season of Shining Time Station with former Beatles fan Ringo Starr as the granddaughter of the workshop's operator, multiple seasons of The Babysitters Club, and four episodes of The Cosby Show as a friend of the youngest Huxtable child. Carmen Sandiego, Third Watch, and Order & Order were among her appearances on Nickelodeon's Clarissa Explains It All as "Olivia Dupris."

Rochelle has appeared on and off-Broadway in productions including Dangerous Games, Fame on 42nd Street, Miracle Brothers, and a 2004 version of Limonade Tous le Jours starring Alan Alda. Katherine in Shakespeare's Henry V. In 2005, she appeared in the Park's Henry V. She appeared in the title role.
