Career
When she was just 8 years old, Atagül decided to become an actress. She found the number for the Erberk Agency, which was owned by Neşe Erberk, at age 13, and went with her mother to register. She made her first commercial appearance a month later.
She made her acting debut in the film 'lk Aşk, for which she received the first prize of her career as "Promising Young Actress" in 2006. She appeared in Yaprak Dökümü shortly after, and in the years after, she appeared in other series such as Can't Babam or Hayat Devam Ediyor.
In 2012, she was praised for her role in the film Araf, for which she received the Academy Award for "Best Actress" at the prestigious Tokyo International Film Festival.
Atagül appeared in the romance drama series Fatih Harbiye in 2013 alongside Kadir Doulu.
