Natasha Elizabeth Dupeyrón Estrada (born 3 June 1991 in Mexico City, Distrito Federal, Mexico) is a Mexican actress, singer, and spokesmodel.

She has appeared in several Mexican telenovelas since childhood.

Dupeyrón, a member of the Mexican-Argentine pop band Eme 15 from 2011 to 2014.

Early life

Dupeyrón was born in Mexico City to Mexican actor Humberto Dupeyrón and Mara de los nombres Estrada Luévano. She has one older brother, one younger brother, and one older sister. The Dupeyrón family traces parts of their ancestry to a man who survived the French Revolution and later settled in Tabasco, and the family has been active in Mexico and Central America for eight generations. Many of Dupeyrón's relatives are also actors, including her father, paternal aunt Elizabeth Dupeyrón, and her siblings Odette and Osterlen. She attended an all-girls Catholic Catholic school in Mexico City.

Personal life

During her youth, Dupeyrón played piano and violin. She began learning the ukulele in 2015. She is a feminist and animal rights campaigner. She currently lives in Mexico City. She was in a relationship with actor Eddy Vilard from 2008 to 2011. José Pablo Minor, a Mexican actress, dated Mexican actress Jose Pablo Minor from 2012 to late 2015. She moved to Boston, Massachusetts, to study English in a three-month summer course. In mid-August of the same year, she returned to Mexico City.

In December 2019, Dupeyrón married Mexican actor Yago Muoz, her longtime friend and former Eme XV bandmate, in a small, private, civil ceremony in Mexico City.

Acting career

Dupeyrón appeared in the internationally respected Mexican Telenovela "Maria la del Barrio" from 1995 to 1996, then she played an extra in the telenovela "Dr. Cándido Pérez" when she was just 20 days old. She has been active in telenovelas, television, drama, and films since childhood. She appeared in several famous children's telenovelas, including Peregrina, Carita de ángel, and De pocas, Pocas Pulgas. Natasha has appeared in ten theatre productions in addition to television appearances. She appeared in the 2006 Mexican theatre production of Vaselina (Grease in Spanish), alongside Mexican actors Sherlyn and Aarón D.Az. She appeared in 100 productions of Vaselina. "Marión Von Ferdinand," a wealthy adolescent starring Vaselina, Dupeyrón, was portrayed in her first adolescent role in the 2007 Mexican telenovela Lola...Érase una vez.

Dupeyrón, along with her Miss XV co-star and Eme 15 bandmate Paulina Goto, were named protagonists in producer Pedro Damian's latest telenovela, Las Mejores Best Friends Forever on April 24. The collection was not supposed to include songs performed by Eme 15, the band featured on Miss XV, although not a spin-off or second season of Miss XV. The project was supposed to have between 80 and 100 episodes, but it was later cancelled due to unknown reasons.

In November 2012, Dupeyrón and her then-boyfriend, actor José Pablo Minor, shot Esencia, a short film directed by Dupeyrón's older brother, Odin Dupeyron, in Mexico City. Dupeyrón and Minor's proposal developed the project's concept. Minor was given an honorable mention in a student film competition at CEA, where Minor was enrolled as a student before becoming a full-time actor.

Dupeyrón was officially named as "Frida" in producer Rosy Ocampo's latest telenovela, Qué pobres tan ricos, in October 2013. The program is a recreation of a Colombian telenovela, Pobres Rico. Filming began in Mexico City in early October, and the show premiered in Mexico on November 11, 2013 for Canal de las Estrellas. In early May 2014, after more than six months of filming, production was finished in early May 2014. In Mexico, the series finale aired on June 29, 2014.

Dentro de la mina, a zombie horror film, was scheduled to be released sometime in 2015. Juan Antonio de la Riva and Dupeyrón's "Roberta" is the film's director. Dupeyrón was announced as a cast member of Realidad aumentada, a Mexican television drama film produced by Jesus Magana, Luis Eduardo Reyes, Alejandro Iglesias, and Jorge Aragon on January 25th. Dupeyrón was a member of Eme 15, the Mexican-Argentine musical group Eme 15, which was made up of the six principal actors from the television series Miss XV.
