She represented Sweden in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2006 and in Melodifestivalen in 2009 and 2016.

Personal life

Eric Saade was dated from 2007 to 2012. Sandén and Danny Saucedo were together from February 2013 to 2019, and they were both engaged.

After collapsing while traveling to Barcelona, Spain, she revealed on September 28 that she had been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes.

Sandén sang "Det finaste n'gon kan f" at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2006. She came third, which is Sweden's highest result. On December 31, 2006, she appeared in SVT's New Years' celebrations, which were broadcast live from Skansen. She also won the talent competition "Stellar Shots." On his Christmas album Spr i snön, she performed a duet with Magnus Carlsson ("Christmas time is here") ("Christmas time is here."

Sandén has also worked with Markoolio and performed with him during this time on his latest album, Snow at Christmas rock. Sandén, Linda Bengtzing, Lotta Engberg, Charlotte Perrelli, Thomas Pettersson, Jan Johansson, Niklas Andersson, Benjamin Wahlgren, Magnus Johansson, participated in Diggiloo in summer 2007.

On a Swedish version of "You Are the Music in Me" from Disney's High School Musical 2, she performed a duet with Ola Svensson. They also competed in the Lilla Melodifestivalen finals, preparing for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2007. Sandén was chosen to represent the Swedish people at the 2011 national election this year.

Sandén appeared on Skanska det lta on April 11, 2008, with Magnus Bäcklund. She appeared in Diggiloo again in summer 2008 with Lasse Holm, Linda Bengtzing, Lotta Engberg, Mns Zelmerlöw, Nanne Grönvall, Stefan and Kim, and Magnus Johansson. A compilation CD was released, which included her appearances of "Hallelujah" and "Gabriella's song." She appeared in Let's Dance, a celebrity dance competition that was televised on TV4 in 2010; she finished fourth.

Sandén qualified for the grand final with her song "Stjärna," but she only received two points, which were not deemed by the international jury, but she came last in the 2009 Melodifestivalen.

Sandén returned to the Melodifestivalen in 2012, this time with her song "Why Am I Crying," for which she came in fifth place. Sandén unveiled her 'My by Molly', her debut on her online clothing store in August 2013.

On June 12, she unveiled Like No One's Watching EP. "Freak," "Phoenix," and "Like No One's Watching" are among the hit singles included in the series.

Sandén will compete in Melodifestivalen, Greece, for the third time in 2016. On February 27, she appeared in the fourth heat in Gävle with the song "Youniverse," which she co-wrote with Danny Saucedo and John Alexis. On March 12, she advanced from the semi-finals to the final. She finished sixth in the final with the jurors and televoting, and also placed sixth overall.

Sandén released the studio album Större on Sony on April 27, 2018. It contains six singles. In Sweden, it hit number four.

Sandén's fourth studio album, Det bästa kanske inte hänt änt än, was released on May 29th, 2019 under the Sony brand. The album features nine tracks, including two singles and one promotional single. The album debuted at number two on the Swedish album chart.

Sandén lent her voice to all songs performed by the character Sigrit Ericksdóttir, played by Rachel McAdams in the Netflix musical film The Story of Fire Saga. At the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards, Sandén's soundtrack album, on which Sandén is prominent, was voted for Best Compilation Soundtrack For Visual Media. At the 93rd Academy Awards, the song "Husavik (My Hometown)" was selected for Best Original Song.
