The decision was released on Tuesday by a provisional restraining order filed on Andrews' behalf last month. Andrews' fiancé, ESPN NBA reporter Dave McMenamin, and Smith's sister Sumatra Hawkins, another ESPN employee, are also covered by the protective order.
