Holloway spent ten years in the oil industry as a driller before embarking on Survivor. Sweet T's Designs, a Sole Survivor contest, was established in New York. He formed this company with a friend who, as well as Holloway, had aspired to own a company since college. Holloway has since been a commercial real estate agent.

Char-ron Dorsey, a former Dallas Cowboys lineman, died on Monday at the age of 46 after suffering from stroke complications. The Jacksonville, Florida Times-Union was among the first to announce Dorsey's death, only over ten years since his NFL career came to an end. The Jacksonville-born man earned a national championship in his days with the Cowboys, who picked him in the seventh round of the 2001 NFL Draft.
