Michael Kevin Taylor (born 17 January 1949) is an English singer best known as a former member of John Mayall's Bluesbreakers (1967–69) and the Rolling Stones (1969–74).
He has appeared on some of the Stones' best albums, including Let It Bleed (1969), Get Ya Ya Ya Ya-Ya's Out! The Rolling Stones in Concert (1970), Sticky Fingers (1971), and Exile on Main St. (1972). Taylor has performed with many other musicians and released several solo albums since being out of the Rolling Stones in December 1974.
He appeared in the Stones' 50th anniversary shows in London and Newark, as well as in the band's 50 & Counting World Tour, which included North America, Glastonbury Festival, and Hyde Park in 2013.
The band decided to tour Europe in 2014, Far East & Australia, and Europe.
In Rolling Stone magazine's 2011 list of the 100 Greatest guitarists of all time, he ranked 37th.

Personal life
Taylor has been married twice and has two children. Chloe (born 6 January 1971) is a daughter of Rose Millar's first wife. Taylor married Millar in 1975 after escaping the Stones, but the marriage was not "on the rocks" before long, resulting in divorce only a few years later. Emma McMinamin, Taylor's daughter, was born from a brief friendship with an American woman who performed backing vocals with Taylor's band on one occasion.
