Mick Abrahams Career

Blodwyn Pig and later career

Abrahams went on to discover Blodwyn Pig (1969) and Getting to This (1970), before breaking up in 1970. Abrahams soldiered on with the short-lived Wommett, Mick Abrahams Band, and now, with resurgent Blodwyn Pig, Abrahams has released albums by himself and with reunited versions of Blodwyn Pig. He has worked as a mechanic, lifeguard, and financial consultant, and he has occasionally played gigs, most recently to promote Dunstable, Bedfordshire causes.

Abrahams was shot in November 2009 and will have to recover before resuming work, according to his website. He had Ménière's disease on his website in April 2010, which would prevent him from appearing for at least another year. He gave an update in December 2013 referring to his continuing health issues and announcing that an album would be released in 2014.

Abrahams released Revived! in 2015, with many guests, including his replacement in Jethro Tull, Martin Barre.
